For well over a week, the Live Chat option has not been available to many players who are eligible for this feature. I see the same thing every time I go to the Player Support site. The Live Chat icon continues to say “Our chat agents are currently unavailable. Please try again soon”. I do try again and it always says the same. According to Zynga’s policy on who is suppose to have access to Live Chat, I and many others who do meet the criteria do not have access [1]. We would like to know what happened to Live Chat in Mafia Wars.
That just figures, I haven't spent any money ... I just bought , what was suppose to be stamina on sale for 8 rps they took 10 .. Really getting tired of their "GREED" !!!!

ReplyDeleteseen it with street racing, blast it full of new stuff to keep it goin another 6 months then slowly drop back to no updates then a months notice n bye bye , sux cos i like this style of game and it looks like they are phasing it out in favour of farmville style games, simple click click click games pay all the same if they would leave it well alone n stop fucking it up

i was on live chat 3-4 days ago and i also have not spent money for more than a year and a half maybe 2 years.
ReplyDeleteI had same message when I tried the other day - I just kept refreshing and rechecking - even sent an e-mail. Finally after about an hour or so I did get live chat up so its still there for those that have the priviledge. I do spend but am not VIP so still follow the criteria for them.
ReplyDeleteits funny i never got live chat but since the newish levels of support came out i always have live chat but have not spent a cent on MW for years. Actually once for $1.50 when they had that 98% off offer.
ReplyDeleteI'm VIP but spend very little outside of that. I did get straight through to live chat a couple of days ago. Might depend very much on what time zone you are in. Doubt they have 24-hour cover now with the cost-cutting measures they are implementing.

ReplyDeleteI had points vanish, CS checked, they told me I had spent X many since I bought Y many (I have 0 when I bought). They confirmed I should have Z many points, and was unable to verify why there was a discrepancy. However unable to verify where they went, thus they fobbed me off. It was only 35 points but still.
Its very possible when the game froze or crashed, I clicked on buy something, and didn't realise, but I can't find anything I bought.
I think the time of me to stop spending if they won't replace 35 measly points I clearly didn't spend. If they could have said "you have this new item" or anything I may not be so pissed but its gone into thin air which makes it a principle matter.
