The introduction of Mick Gouda has brought about a bug for some players. I’ve see many report that the loot rewards show up in the popup upon collection but the items are never added to the inventory. Earlier I reported a reward loop bug . Once the rare and uncommon rewards were updated, I was thrilled to finally get something other than the Vocal Trainer as a superior reward. After getting the popup below, I refreshed my game and checked my inventory. I was not pleased with what I found.
I didn’t get any of the items shown.
This has happened for all the Family Boss Fights since the loot refresh. You can see from my Inventory Grouper results that I have none of the new rare or uncommon items yet have participated and collected from every boss fight since the new loot was added. I got the same results from an alternate account and many members of my family have verified the same. I would have never checked had it not been for the comments from players stating the same. I don’t even know how many boss fight I’ve done and not gotten any rewards so I have no clue how I would go about asking Customer Support to credit the items. It’s a big mess and most likely players will be left without their rewards. Much time, effort, and resources go into these fights as well as reward points for those who reset the boss fight. I just hope Zynga will address and fix this issue so it all won’t be for nothing.
of course if we were getting too much loot, it would be fixed in a new york minute.

we must be content with treading water for eternity, or just quit like everyone else has.

DOH!! Just got the reward pop up showing two sandwich man and vocal trainer, clicked on the images and it said I had 0 of each!! Zynga'd again . . .
