Either the Zynga fine print isn’t accurate or there is a bug in the Tough Love system. It clearly states that “Items selling for 5RP or less are excluded” on the Home Page banner but this isn’t the case when it comes to Poker Cards.
I don’t recommend purchasing Poker Cards because you don’t get anything of value. If you are trying to get a Rogue FBI Agent for the cheapest price possible and want to save 15 reward points then this would be the way to go. My Tough Love Progress Meter has 6 ticks on it. When I purchased 5 Poker Cards for 5 reward points from the Marketplace, I got a tick.
I tried from the Mafia Poker Page and that works too.
Thanks to Richard Yap for posting this on our fan page. I would have never purchased Poker Cards but did so to check it out after seeing his post (1).
