Ice Cycle Blooper

Earlier in the week, a banner for the Ice Queen was added to the Home Page (1). The featured Grand Prize item was the elusive Ice Cycle. It looks cool but something isn't right.

Unless you cheated or have a horseshoe up your ass, you probably aren’t very familiar with this item (1), (2). The stats on the banner are 200/200 but if you go to the inventory, they are 201/201. Most of us will never see one so I guess it doesn’t matter. Thanks to Sebastian Hüller for pointing this out on the fan page.
