The second District in Chicago is called Main Street Speakeasy. Like District 1, there are 8 jobs each with 4 levels of mastery.
When you master the first job on the Bronze Level you will unlock the second property, The Speakeasy, of your Bootlegging Operation.
The consumable for District 2 is Incriminating Documents.
You can make Incriminating Documents by doing the fifth job, "Expose a Treachery in Your Family". On the Bronze Level this job costs 72 energy. The drop rate isn't 100% but it's not too far off.
Incriminating Documents are required to do the 6th and 8th jobs, "Cripple the Colosimo Clan's Assets" and Get the respect you deserve. Both jobs give 10% mastery on the Bronze, Silver, Gold and Ruby Levels so you will need a total of 80 Incriminating Documents to fully master District 2. The job that produces them offers 8% mastery so you will make 13 per level. It would be best to make any extras on the Bronze Level because you will save energy. If you use the Strategist Bonus from your Chicago Crew, you could cut the number you need in half. Also activating the LockPick Bonus when you are doing the job to produce them will gain you even more.
There is one job, Recruit Loyal Gunmen", in District 2 that requires Clams. You need 7 Clams per click. The job gives 8% mastery per click so you will need to do it 13 times on each level to gain 100% mastery. This comes out to 91 Clams per level for a grand total of 364 Clams.
The experience/energy ratios are better in District 2 than they are in District 1. I was very surprised to see Bronze Level jobs with ratios of 2.0.
*Requires 7 Clams per job
**Produces Incriminating Documents
When you master all jobs of the district, you get a Don Colosimo's Limo. Only one can be active at a time so don't think you are missing some when you only have one in your inventory. The stats improve as you work your way up. Don Colosimo's Limo offers +1, +2, +4 or +5% increase in damage for fighting in Chicago.
Thanks to Edward James for the Silver Mastery screen shot. Thanks to Zynga, I didn't get one.
